Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy

Return & Exchange Window

  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • We do not accept requests beyond this window.

  • We do not offer free returns. If you wish to return/ exchange please send us the parcel to

    Do not forget to enclose your packing slip inside your parcel. For Exchange please mention the required size on the packing slip.

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is valid for the following cases: Incorrect Size Ordered, Improper Fit. Any other reasons are subject to approval.

  • Items once exchanged will be considered final and not eligible for further exchange or return.

  • Exchange for another size of the same product will be subject to availibilty. If another size is not available we will contact you to provide the best solution possible.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-size orders or pieces.

  • Customization requests can be accepted (such as bottom style change, color change, sleeve length change) but products are then on final sale and cannot be returned. Such requests must be pre-paid and COD cannot be accepted as a form of payment in that case.

  • Discounted or promotional purchases.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit, valid for 30 days.

When it’s on Us!

If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll issue a complete refund, credit or a replacement product, as per your preference.

  • If you receive the wrong product, we will exchange the product with the correct order made by you, subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Items tried on must be handled with care.

  • Any returned item that is damaged, soiled, worn, or returned without tags may not be accepted.

  • In case any products are returned in a used condition, we would be sending the same product back to you without rectification, exchange or refund.
